Yesterday's winds (of change?) have swept through the area and left us with a cool, clean, crisp new start. Nothing but bright, sunny skies will hang overhead today and another touch of fall is in the forecast as highs will do their best to just cross the 70 degree threshold. The cool weather extends to this evening when overnight lows will again fall into the 50s throughout most of the area. But the future is more uncertain as clouds and rain loom toward the weekend as well as more seasonal temperatures. Still, today is as good an indication as easy that the change to fall isn't that far away.
