2010_09_23georgemotz.jpg When one things "food + film" it generally runs the gamut from popcorn to Junior Mints. In 2007, author and documentary filmmaker George Motz has been holding a festival combining food, film, taste, sight, sound, smell and touch in New York - and now he's bringing that same food/film/eat/drink/watch construct to Chicago with this weekend's Chicago Food Film Festival.

How does he plan on bringing dining and viewing together? Who's going to be onhand to showcase their films and what will they be serving in conjunction with some of these movies? As a hamburger authority, how does Chicago stack up? And is this a one-off, or will Motz build these like Fight Clubs, one in each city?
