Garrard McClendon Gets the Boot From CLTV

We'll admit it, one of our guilty pleasures is watching Garrard McClendon on CLTV. Sure, we don't know what the hell he's talking about half the time, but for some reason his unapologetic enthusiasm, his gaze of concentration at the camera while he listens to a caller, those nutball callers themselves, it makes it hard for us to look away.

But we won't have that problem any longer. According to Phil Rosenthal at the Chicago Tribune, CLTV has fired McClendon, and canceled Garrard McClendon LIVE effective immediately. McClendon confirmed the report on his Twitter account, where he thanked his fans for their support during the show's two year run. Fortunately we still have YouTube, so we can watch classic tidbits such as McClendon's reaction to the R. Kelly verdict:
