The latest Blewt! production kicks off this Sunday at the Annoyance Theater. The Price, an original play written by a man from Kenya named Victor Gido, will be staged and feature several Chicago actors. The script was originally solicited via email (as these solicitations from Kenya generally are), with the query, "Hello there. My names is Victor Gido from Nairobi, Kenya, and would like to ask if you people are interested in any plays for the moment." Instead of hitting Delete, Blewt! founder Steve Gadlin responded. 8 p.m., Annoyance Theater, 4820 N. Broadway, $10
