DMK Burger Bar Loves the Troops

i-want-you-army.jpg Are you a current or recently discharged member of the military? Do you like burgers? More importantly, do you like free burgers? In two weeks,DMK Burger Bar is starting a new promotion. Any Wednesday starting October 20, come in before 6:00 PM and the serviceperson and one guest can eat totally for free. Just bring your military ID.

The fun isn't limited to members of the armed forces. Anyone with a uniform, including police and fire officers, hospital workers and mail carriers, will get 25% off their bill and the bill of up to three of their guests. Even if you have to dine early, that's a pretty darn good deal. Everyone in uniform, get ready to be bothered by friends you'd forgotten you had.

Normally, we don't like to sound like shills. But, we like DMK's burgers (and more importantly, their fries) so much that we're seriously considering going to the Chicago Uniform Shop and spontaneously transforming into a mail carrier. On the other hand, we'll just keep paying for our burgers - something has to stop us from eating them until we fall over.

DMK Burger Bar is located at 2954 N. Sheffield. Remember, this promotion is valid before 6:00 on Wednesdays.
