Report: Gutierrez Not Running For Mayor

2010_10_14_gutierrez.jpg Dan Mihalopoulos at Chicago News Coop reports that Congressman Luis Gutierrez will not run for Mayor. Gutierrez made the announcement to supporters at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and also called other prospective candidates to inform them of his decision.
