Attorney Todd Smith told reporters that the tab only covers the hospital stay itself and not other aspects of her care such as airlifts, ambulance rides and her rehabilitation stay. Paramount Pictures, which is producing "transformers 3," is footing the cost of her Cedillo's medical care even though her family filed a lawsuit against the studio for negligence.
Indiana officials cleared "Transformers 3" producers of any wrongdoing in the accident that injured Cedillo a couple of weeks back. Filming of the movie suffered another stunt that went wrong when a stunt driver crashed into a police vehicle unaware of filming in Washington, DC. The cop involved in the accident was slightly injured but released. "Transformers 3" producers have promised changes to ensure accidents like the one that injured Cedillo won't happen again.
