President Obama is scheduled to be at a rally along Midway Plaisance tomorrow, which means that traffic around the Plaisance and the University of Chicago will be strictly monitored.

Starting at 6 a.m. Saturday, there will be no parking in the areas affected on the map above (from 58th to 61st Streets and from Cottage Grove to Stony Island), and no traffic allowed at all after noon. People taking public transportation to the Obama rally should also allow for added time, as numerous bus routes to Hyde Park will be affected by the traffic ban, as well.
