Morning Box Score: Hawks Fall To Rangers; Bulls Beat Portland

Rangers 3, Blackhawks 2: The Blackhawks, looking to win a second consecutive road game, fell just short as Erik Christensen scored the game winner 28 seconds after Patrick Kane tied the game in the third period.

Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist stopped 33 shots and the Rangers defense withstood a late Hawks rush, ending the game with 33 blocks of their own, to seal the win at Madison Square Garden. Tomas Kopecky also scored for the Blackhawks.

Bulls 110, Trailblazers 98: Luol Deng scored a career-high 40 points, Derrick Rose added 16 points and dished out 13 assists and the Bulls shot 61 percent from thee field en route to a relatively easy win over Portland.
