Tonight: Election Night Coverage
By Chuck Sudo in News on Nov 2, 2010 9:00PM
A couple of announcements regarding election night coverage this evening. We'll be looking at the results as they come in and keeping an eye on the election night coverage elsewhere. Of particular note is ABC's broadcast, where they've brought in controversial conservative "journalist" Andrew Breitbart to participate in a digital town hall. That's got pundits across the country up in arms. But it won't be boring
Kevin Robinson will be one of the call-in guests on WHPK's election night broadcast. For those of you living within range of picking up the University of Chicago's radio station, you can tune into 88.5 FM. Or you can stream the coverage online at whpk.org/stream or on iTunes; the station is listed in the college radio directory.
Meanwhile, I'll be here and on our twitter feed starting at 8 p.m. to live blog the results as they come in throughout the night. If you wish to join in on twitter, use the hashtag #Chilection2K10 and your 140 character asides and observations will appear in the update box we'll have for the post on the site.
Given that both the Senate and gubernatorial races are too close to call, I could be here a while. If the races wind up being academic conclusions, I could pack it in early and watch "The Good Wife." Feel free to pour yourself a cold one and join me. And remember the twitter hashtag #Chilection2K10.
