Details are beginning to come out regarding last week's brutal murder of 4-year-old Magdalena "Maggie" Webber, who had her throat slahed by her mother with such force that her head was nearly severed from her body.

Marci Webber, Maggie's mother, is held on $5 million bond, charged with one count of first-degree murder. Marci Webber, who was staying with her grandmother in Bloomingdale with Maggie, was in a custody battle in New York over her 10-year-old daughter. She allegedly told police that she killed Maggie to prevent her from becoming an "internet sex slave." She administered Benadryl and sleeping pills to her daughter, placed her in a bathtub, and brought a four-inch folding knife with such force it struck her spine and nearly severed her head. Marci Webber then wrote "divine mercy" in her daughter's blood.

Marci Webber is being held in DuPage County jail, where she tried to slash her own wrists.
