Blackhawks 3, Ducks 2 (OT): Given their woes at home this season, the Blackhawks may be looking forward to the annual "circus trip" as a means to forge bonds between the veterans who won the Stanley Cup and the new players like Jack Skille, Fernando Pisani and Viktor Stalberg. Stalberg wound up being the hero in overtime, deflecting a Duncan Keith slapshot past Anaheim goalie Jonas Hiller with 27 seconds left in overtime to give the Hawks a win on home ice. Patrick Kane and Marian Hossa each had a goal and an assist for the Blackhawks.
