Yesterday we started the conversation with Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head Brewery, who also happens to be involved with a little show called Brewmasters on Discovery. What, pray tell, does this have to do with Chicago per se? Well, not much on the surface, but we managed to force a little localization into the conversation anyways. (It involves onion beer and pickle relish.)
Today we follow up on yesterday's podcast with some timely Four Loko querying. What does one of the biggest craft brew leaders on the scene think of the FDA cracking down on alcoholic beverages?
