Today's Weather: Blowhard

By Chuck Sudo in News on Nov 19, 2010 1:00PM

Accuweather hasn't shown us much love this week so we're going back to the stylings of Tom Skilling at WGN, whose budget for tracking the weather probably dwarfs total media budgets in many smaller television markets.

Skilling's forecast calls for:

"Powerful south to southwest winds build with gusts reaching 35 mph and higher at times later this morning and afternoon. Sunshine filtered by patches of fair-weather clouds. Afternoon temperatures peak 12 degrees above Thursday's levels and 6 degrees above normal."

In other words, it's gonna be bright but breezy. (To clarify, the headline refers to the wind, not Skilling).

It's Friday. What's in store for today?
