Winter Parking Restrictions Kick In Tonight

2010_11_30_parking_ban.jpg Tomorrow is December, which means that the city's overnight parking ban goes into effect this evening. The ban will affect 107 miles of vital arterial streets from 3-7 a.m., through April 1, regardless of snowfall. Here's a handy map for the overnight parking ban (PDF).

There's also the separate ban on parking where the snowfall is over two inches deep, which affects another 500 miles of streets. This ban, once we get those dreaded two inches, no matter the time of day or date. Here's the map for the streets affected by the two-inch parking ban (PDF).

Unless you want to visit the impound yard at 103rd and Doty with your credit card in hand, make sure you aren't parking on the streets where the signs to the right are posted.
