A jury wasted little time in finding a 15-year-old boy guilty of first-degree murder in the beating death of Fenger High School student Derrion Albert last year.

Albert's murder was caught on a now-infamous cell phone video, sparking nationwide outrage and bringing Education Secretary Arne Duncan back home to declare that violence of this nature would not be tolerated in the Chicago Public Schools that he was once CEO over. The trial lasted two days and the jury took a half-hour of deliberations before handing in their verdict.
