Salvation Army Kettle Haul Down

Bad news for the Salvation Army, which was expecting to raise $12 million ringing bells this season. Their haul so far is down 13 percent.
The Salvation Army uses the money from their holiday Red Kettle drive to fund their emergency and social services, primarily feeding the needy. With the current economic downturn and with unemployment benefits running out, The Salvation Army in Chicago is seeing increased requests for food donations. Specifically, they're seeing anywhere from a 200 to 400 percent increase. During the holiday season, the SA feeds over 112,000 people.
Wonder how many are not donating because of their anti-gay stance?
