Today in CTA Rail Delays

If it isn't one thing, it's another. Service on the CTA Red Line was disrupted for a few moments this morning when a woman apparently lost consciousness and fell on the tracks at the Howard station. Power was shut off at the station as rescue workers moved to remove the woman from the tracks. Her condition is unknown at this time.
