Man Receives Parking Ticket While Stuffing $5 in Quarters in Fare Box

The parking meter lease will definitely be part of any discussion of Mayor Daley's legacy. And here's yet another reason why.

NBC Chicago interviewed Scott Larsen, who received a ticket while trying to stuff five dollars worth of quarters into a fare box. Larsen tries his best to be civil to the Traffic Management Authority weeble who wrote the ticket. And, as you'll see in the video, the meter maid took the ticket back from Larsen on camera, then later put it back on his car when he and the camera strayed out of shot of the camera lens.
