Otom out, ING in? New Restaurant from Homaro Cantu

INGlogo.jpg Back in December, Grubstreet told the world that Homaro Cantu, the culinary mad scientist (and we mean that in the nicest way) behind Moto and Otom was opening a new project. It will be called "ING," and no more information was available.

Yesterday, a tiny bit bigger piece of the puzzle was revealed. We confirmed with ING's publicist that the restaurant will be at 951 W. Fulton market and that it will open this spring. David Tamarkin pointed out that this is the same address as the currently "temporarily" closed Otom. Looks like Otom is out and ING is in - sorry Otom fans! The only information that anyone has about the restaurant is that it will be "an interactive and playful dining experience." This is one story we'll definitely keep a close watch on.
