Two men posing as police officers have robbed several people in six different incidents in the Little Village neighborhood on the Southwest Side, police said via the Chicago Sun-Times. Victims were approached by the men who claimed to be police officers and then took the victims' money between 8 p.m. and midnight from December 18 through last Friday.

One suspect has served as the driver of the getaway car, which has been described as a red Chevrolet Lumina or Monte Carlo with gray on the trunk and a white Chevrolet Suburban. Police are also seeking a suspect with the following description:

"A Hispanic man 20 to 25 years old; 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall; 150 pounds, wearing a blue sweater or vest and a chain with a silver-colored badge around his neck. He carried a police-type handheld radio, flashlight and handgun."

Anyone with information should call police detectives at (312) 746-9253.
