Tamalli Space Charros Food Truck Launches

We're finally getting some diversity in our food trucks. Tamalli Space Charros will be rolling into an as-yet undisclosed location in a few minutes, but they do promise to be near public transportation, serving up their blend of tamales, guacamole and stridentist performance art.

Tamalli Space Charros is the brainchild of former Mixteco Grill chef Raul Arreola, who will serve as the main consultant to the operation. Tamalli Space Charros' Aztlan Cardinal gave reader food columnist Mike Sula the scoop that they passed their health inspection over the holiday.
