Countdown to Rahmageddon: PUSH!

Vanity Fair's Julie Weiner penned a story yesterday before the storm rolled in which she theorized that, even though Rahm Emanuel hasn't been elected mayor yet, he could go out and do things like shovel walkways, dig out cars and help motorists.

Either Emanuel read Weiner's piece, or it was just good timing, but that's exactly what he did yesterday.

Not to be outdone. Gery Chico was caught on video helping a stranded motorist get his car off the road. Video below. Miguel del Valle announced yesterday that he also shovels snow. No word on if Carol Moseley Braun pays kids in Hyde Park to shovel out her walkway in unsold organic teas from her company.
