Longman & Eagle, the much-acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant in Logan Square, knows how to handle criticism with grace and charm. Or with snark and bitchiness, we're not quite sure. Either way, we love it. They took a bad Yelp review and turned it into an amazing postcard, available at the restaurant. Whether you agree with the Yelper's assessment or not is up to you.
