"Vladimir Putin Action Comics" Creator Turns to Kickstarter to Publish Book

Some readers may recall our interview last month with Vladimir Putin Action Comics creator Sam Derse. It looks like Derse is taking to Kickstarter to raise the money needed to self-publish a book collecting the strips he's produced thus far.

Derse is looking to raise $1,000 in 30 days and he's one-tenth of the way there thus far. Remember: as with all Kickstarter accounts, if the pledge goal isn't met, those who pledge don't have to make good on their pledges. But $1,000 is easy to raise and VPAC would be, in our opinion, ideal for the graphic novel format.
