Rolled Over Semi on Stevenson Closes On-Ramp

A tractor trailer traveling to fast for conditions rolled over on an on-ramp to the Stevenson Expressway in suburban Countryside early this morning. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m., according to ABC7. The on-ramp is still blocked.
