Today's Weather: Dull

Here we are, the penultimate week in March and the weather today is 15 degrees above normal; today's projected high is 63. But the theme of the week seems to be clouds, they'll be rolling in later today along with an increased chance of rain for most of the week, leading to Thursday's expected return of snow. Don't put away the boots just yet.
