Starting April 24th, DMK Burger Bar will be serving a special “Guac-aioli” burger - a grass-fed beef burger topped with chorizo, chipotle aioli, guacamole, pickled onions and jack cheese. The burger was invented through a collaboration between Chefs Michael Kornick and Joe Scott, and CPS students, who were invited to submit recipes. The proceeds from this $10 will be given to Careers Through Culinary Arts Program, a non-profit that provides job training to underserved youths. The burger will be on the menu through April 30. (2954 N. Sheffield).
