Aviary Opens 6 P.M. Tomorrow

2011_4_22_aviary.gif Looks like the Aviary is finally ready for its closeup. Grant Achatz made the announcement via twitter that the cocktail lounge will open at 6 p.m. tomorrow. Line up now, people; the Aviary does not take reservations.

Along with that tweet heard 'round the interwebs, Achatz also sent out a photo of a truckload of sod that he says is for the Aviary. Well color us intrigued.
