Anthony's experience at the Aviary aside, we're still very interested in seeing how Grant Achatz, Craig Schoettler and company have up their sleeves now that the lounge is open and serving drinks. Drinks in the $15-$25 price range, according to Grub Street Chicago. For those of you who need the hard sell, maybe Aviary's opening night video is the answer.
