Pencil This In: "Last-Minute Plans" Edition

Lillstreet Art Center, the city's largest community arts center, celebrates its 35th anniversary by throwing a fundraiser from 6-10 p.m. tomorrow for its non-profit arm, ArtReach at Lillstreet.This is a casual event for the whole family. Kids can spend the evening making art projects taught by local artists and Lillstreet staff, while parents can enjoy wine, beer and light appetizers while shopping the many donated items in the silent auction. A raffle and live auction of fine art will also take place. Live music will be provided by Chicago singer-songwriter Jessica Robbins and they'll have a designated dance party room with a DJ from CHIRP Radio. (4401 N. Music

Rock For Kids' 9th annual music mixer at Metro tonight from 6-10 p.m. will feature guest DJs from across the city and an auction of a mix CD made by Chicago's local music community. (3730 N. Clark St.)

Food

Pastoral's first annual Artisan Producer Festival runs from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at their Chicago French Market Location (131 N. Clinton St.). The video below explains.
