Rich Miller at Capitol Fax clues us to this video of State Senate Republican Leader Chrsitine Radogno of Lemont sharing financial advice she received from Wu Tang Clan's Raekwon the Chef. Or, as Radogno pronounces it, "Ray Kwon from Woo Tang Clan." It's either that or another misguided republican attempt to diversify the ranks. This video only reinforces how black comedians think white people speak.

Afterward, Radogno went outside and poured one out for Ol' Dirty Bastard.
