Tuesday Afternoon Diversion: Brave Woman, Wild Cheetahs

By Kevin Robinson in Arts & Entertainment on May 31, 2011 8:00PM

Marlice van Vuuren has been a Namibian conservationist for over 30 years now, caring for injured and orphaned animals on her parents ranch (she runs the Naankuse Wildlife Sanctuary with her veterinarian husband). She is also one of only a handful of white people that can speak the language of the San Bushmen. Here we see her interacting with some of the wild cheetah on her ranch in Africa.
