Shut Up, George!

Good Morning America's George Stephanopoulos was able to snare the first national television interview with Rahm Emanuel since he took office, which we're sure had nothing to do with their mutual experience working in the Clinton White House. The video we've embedded below, where Stephanopoulos asks Emanuel if a 2016 Presidential run is in the cards "if you do a good job here," is the type of softball question that makes us understand a little bit better how the Tea Party rose to prominence. This is yet another example of how out of tune Beltway pundits are to the rest of the country.

Also, George: He hasn't even been mayor a month yet! To say it's too soon to ask Emanuel that question is an understatement.
