Riding a wave of blog-buzz for tracks like "Black Mags" and "Gold and a Pager," the world was The Cool Kids oyster in 2007 and 2008. An EP, The Bake Sale, was released to acclaim, with admirers praising the Chicago duo's trunk-rattling, 808-fueled homages to the pursuit of good times. Detractors, however, proclaimed them to be nothing more than a fashion-conscious retread.

After two mixtapes, and never-ending label and legal woes, both Inglish and Rocks announced on their Twitter accounts that July 12 would see the release of When Fish Ride Bicycles--three years after their debut full-length was initially announced. Better late than never, right?

Bicycles will feature Asher Roth, Ghostface Killah, Travis Barker (why not?) and Pharrell Williams, whose Neptunes produced two tracks. Via Fake Shore Drive, here's the tracklist:

1. Rush Hour Traffic
2. GMC
3. Boomin’ (featuring Tennille)
4. Sour Apples (featuring Travis Barker)
5. Penny Hardaway (featuring Ghostface Killah)
6. Bundle Up
7. Gas Station (featuring Bun B)
8. Get Right
9. Swimsuits (featuring Mayer Hawthorne)
10. Roll Call (featuring Asher Roth, Chip Tha Ripper, Boldy James)
11. Summer Jam (featuring Maxine Ashley), Produced by Pharrell Williams

Bicycles will be released by Mountain Dew's Green Label Sound.
