We've raved here before about the brunch service at Nana Organic in the wunnerful Bridgeport area, but their dinner service has been hit or miss. Slowly, the tide is turning. Here's one of the hits.

The picture above is chef Guy Meikle's take on a slider, with a little bit of a Latin twist. It's made from homemade pulled pork and house-cured bacon, with homemade pickle, spicy mustard and served on homemade tostones. The result is more lumpy than slidey, but no less delicious. Three of these will set you back $14 and they're big enough to share.
