That isn't a hallucination, readers. The sun's out and we couldn't be more stoked for that after dealing with gray for the past three days. Coupled with the milder temperatures we've had since the little blip of a heat wave we went through early last week, it all adds up to a baby bear day. Skilling Central calls for an expected high of 70 as the mercury slowly works its way back upward.
