Slowik told WBBM-AM the Park District's "less is more" approach to this year's Taste is showing good results, with more manageable crowds and an increased number of families visiting Grant Park. Slowik said the Playground at the south end of the festival and the Midnight Circus tent are proving to be very popular with the kids,
Also doing good business at Taste - the new vendors. Slowik said she won't have a tally on which vendors are more popular with visitors until the sales totals are tallied after Taste ends Sunday night.
