Missed Dinner at Next? Buy the Book!

Did you get a chance to dine at Next while it was still in Paris 1906 mode? If so, good for you. If not, we understand - it was expensive and reservations were hard to get. But, it was still one of the best meals of our lives. So, we're ecstatic to see that Grant Achatz and co. are releasing a book documenting the whole experience!
Grubstreet tipped us off to a Facebook post by Next, which informed visitors that they plan to release a book that will include "complete and detailed recipes of every course, step by step pics, commentary from the chefs, and a few dishes that didn't quite make it to the menu." While we suspect this will be like our copy of the French Laundry Cookbook (well loved but rarely used) we'll still be first in line to download our copy. Yes, download - it's going to be an E-Book, and you will be able to pay whatever you think is fair. Part of the price will go to cancer research, so give whatever you can.
