The Peterson Garden Project Needs You!

The Peterson Garden Project, home of the Chicagoist garden plot, needs a few good donors. They are holding a fundraiser through Groupon's G-team, a system that allows groupon users to donate to charities and non-profit organizations. You don't get a coupon in return, but you do get a happy feeling (and, if you want, we'll send you pictures of our garden). PGP is trying to raise enough money to stock and tend extra plots to give food those in need.
Last year, Peterson Garden teamed up with Grow2Give, and grew and donated 200 pounds of produce. The produce goes to WIC clients in Chicago. They want to expand the project - and they need your help. The G-team Groupon is for $10 - for every $250 raised, they can start another plot. Last year, they tended 8 - how many can they raise this year? It depends on your support.
