Purr-haps this looks painful for the kitty, but right meow he's not in any pain. In fact, we're pawsitive that putting a binder clip on the scruff of the neck won't be a catastrophe. We're not kitten you about this - you can even request a CAT scan of the meowscular-skeletal system if you don't believe it.
