Yoga

"Wanderlust: Yoga in the City created by Smartwater" is a seven-city tour to promote wellness and ignite social change in communities across the country. We're also guessing it's an ideal way to promote Smartwater. The tour makes a stop at Grant Park's Butler Field starting at 5 p.m., with yoga sessions beginning at 6:30. Given the weather, there's no choice but for this to be hot yoga. Hydrate appropriately.

Belgian Independence Day

Chow down on beer and mussels at Jake Melnick’s for Belgian Independance Day. This Thursday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. patrons can enjoy an all-you-can-eat beer and mussels party. Belgian craft beers will be paired with different styles of mussels, and you can eat them until you drop. Tickets are just $25 per person, but must be reserved in advance.
