Calamari alla Griglia - grilled calamari steaks sautéed with spinach and onions in a spicy\r\nbalsamic sauce with toast points

Asparagi e Prosciutto Freddo - grilled asparagus spears wrapped in prosciutto and served \r\nchilled with grilled portobello mushrooms, herbed ricotta cheese, \r\ntoast points and a roasted red bell pepper coulis.

Pasta del Giorno - Homemade raviolis filled with smoked chicken and Granny Smith apples then tossed in an artichoke heart pesto browned butter sauce with sliced apples, sun-dried tomatoes and toasted pecans.

Gnocchi con Prosciutto e Albiococca Secca - potato pasta served in a mascarpone cream sauce with\r\ndried apricots, prosciutto, scallions and walnuts

Pollo al Vesuvio - bone in chicken baked in olive oil and white wine with\r\nrosemary, garlic and lemon. Served with quartered roasted potatoes. (This was our dinner that night and we love the lemon and herbs.)

Pizza del Giorno - Very thin whole wheat crust brushed with cilantro pesto then topped with homemade mozzarella cheese, asiago cheese, bell peppers, roasted garlic, spinach, grilled portobello mushrooms and grape tomatoes. Garnished with sun-dried tomato pesto, pine nuts and parmigiana cheese.

Sambuca con la mosca. Sambuca is a great anise flavored liquor often served \"con la mosca\" or \"with fly\" represented by the toasted coffee beans. Traditionally 3 beans are included to represent health, prosperity and happiness.
