2011_08DesignContest.jpg Chicago Public Library once again is inviting Chicago-based designers and illustrators to participate in their annual poster challenge. This year, they’re celebrating the 10th year of the One Book, One Chicago, the citywide book club. Designers should create a poster inspired by the program or one of their favorite One Book, One Chicago selections.

Submissions will be housed on Flickr and voting will open up from Monday, Sept. 19 through Sunday, Sept. 25. Following the vote, the top 30 finalists will be showcased at a special reception at the Harold Washington Library’s Winter Garden on Thursday, October 11. The winning design will be featured around Chicago. Check out last year's entries here, and get designing! Submit designs to notwhatyouthink@allterrain.net.
