Man Who Wiped Butt With Parking Ticket Back in Jail

Guess we can call Alexander Bailey a recidivist.
The Medinah resident made local headlines last year when he received a parking ticket in Bartlett, wiped his ass with it and mailed it back to the town courthouse as some sort of protest. Besides serving as proof the Postal Service will deliver anything -- on time or no -- Bailey's act of civil disobedience landed him a disorderly conduct charge and two days in Cook County Jail.
Our friends at The Expired Meter hipped us to Bailey's latest escapades. Bailey's been charged with one count of felony burglary after he was caught with a bag full of stolen loot. Medinah police are now investigating a 11 other burglaries in town and whether Bailey is connected to them.
Somehow we think proper potty training could have saved Bailey from a life of crime.
