Halfway to St. Patrick's Day

Timothy O'Toole's is taking the "everyone is Irish" philosophy a step further and marking the halfway point to St. Patrick's Day 2012 with a celebration of all things diluted and Gaelic. There's Shepherd's Pie, yes, but also the Reuben eggrolls native to County Cork. (622 N. Fairbanks Ct.)
