Geovany Soto was a one man wrecking crew last night. Soto drove in all of the Cubs' runs last night to stake Casey Coleman to his third win of the season. Soto hit a pair of two-run homers among his three hits while Coleman was dominant over six innings on the mound. Coleman only gave up one run and struck out eight Milwaukee batters. Starlin Castro singled in the seventh inning to reach base for the 32nd consecutive game and add to his National League-leading hit total. Castro is now four hits away from reaching 200 for the season. Kerry Wood was shut down yesterday for the rest of the season. He has a torn meniscus ligament in his left knee and will undergo arthroscopic surgery when the season is over.
