The Friday Flashback: Robin Ventura

The White Sox hiring of Robin Ventura as their new manager still has the readings of our "WTF" meter pegging the redline. For those of you who think you're getting someone with a deep reserve of red ass as the skipper, last night's conference call announcing the hire is about as emotional as Ventura typically gets.

That is, unless Nolan Ryan throws at him, and the Rangers and White Sox do open the 2012 season.
