Dose Market has been steadily chugging along since June, and every installment has received rave reviews. The market was featured in the New York Times Travel Section, and the rotating list of vendors just keeps getting more interesting. The next Dose is this Sunday and promises to be the best yet.

Of course, we're really only concerned with the eating part of Dose Market - though there are wonderful style options that you can find out about here. Our most anticipated food item is Jo Snow's new Cola and Root Beer syrups. We'll be bringing you more on those products in a little bit, but for now, if you want a taste, head to Dose. Jo Snow is teaming up with X-Marx for a "pop-up soda fountain" - Jo Snow sodas and X-Marx sandwiches. If you're into sweets, Floriole Bakery, Salted Caramel and Mayana Chocolate have got your fix, and Star Lounge will be brewing a seasonal coffee to keep you awake on Sunday morning.

We're still a tiny bit skeptical about paying $10 for admission to a market - especially when so many Chicagoans still haven't been to the city's many, many free farmers markets and art fairs. However, we understand the justification. This market is very particularly curated, and no where else can you find these things all in one place. Plus, if you buy tickets in advance online, you can get in for $8, so that's something.

Dose Market is held at the River East Art Center, from 10 - 4 on Sunday, Oct. 16.
