SmallBar Division Hosts Two Brothers Release Party Monday

By Amy Cavanaugh in Food on Oct 22, 2011 3:00PM

2011_10_21_beer.jpg Beer lovers, clear your schedule now. On Monday night SmallBar Division is hosting a release party for Hoodwink, a barrel aged dark sour ale from Two Brothers Brewing Company’s Project Opus Series. It’ll be your first chance to sip the brew, which is out in limited release.

Project Opus is Two Brothers’ series of aged sour beers, and Hoodwink will feature bright sour notes mingled with dark malt. While the beer won’t be free, we’re betting that this is going to be worth tasting. Get there at 6 p.m. to secure a ticket for the beer, which will be tapped at 7 p.m. If you miss getting a ticket, you can console yourself with other Two Brothers beers, or one of the many other craft beers SmallBar offers. The party runs until 11 p.m., but Hoodwink won’t likely last too long.
